Job Description

Konica Minolta Sensing Americas, Inc., a leading company in the Imaging Industry specializing in color instrumentation and Light Measurement appoints is currently seeking a Video marketing Specialist

Responsibilities of this position include (but are not limited to):

  • Complete projects from concept to delivery
  • Coordinate & plan production meetings, schedules & video shoots
  • Make technical decisions regarding lighting, camera settings & composition
  • Work with a variety of graphic images, animations, sound, lighting, text and video formats to create presentations, promotional & marketing materials, as requested
  • Manage video library/cataloging system to maintain original and edited footage
  • Work effectively and efficiently with a high level of independence, under very tight deadlines.
  • Strong design, and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Remain up-to-date on technological advances in the field; and, identify areas of improvement for the organization

    Job Requirements


  • 3-5 years’ experience
  • Experience with DSLR video recording & Premier along with proficiency in After Effects, Motion, Illustrator, and Photoshop
  • Proficient with lighting, videotaping, design, editing & implementation of video production
  • Project management of multiple, closely-timed campaigns and ad hoc data projects
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Access, Excel, Word and PowerPoint required

  • An understanding of database and direct marketing techniques, preferably in a corporate, B2B environment
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong qualitative research and analytical skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret business needs and translate them into actionable information
  • Demonstrated success in managing multiple concurrent projects and maintaining timelines
  • Ability to work independently, as well as within a team
  • Comfortable with interacting with and collaborating across diverse teams consisting of technical and non-technical personnel
  • Critical problem-solving skills

  • Seeking someone who can hit the ground running and requires little to no technical training
  • Able to pick job functions quickly and easily and be able to contribute in sharing best practices and sharing past experiences in helping to mitigate any issues that may arise with regards to data governance practices as well as marketing campaign management
