Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A., Inc. is currently seeking a Technical Education Solutions Specialist.Subject matter expert in technical knowledge of Konica Minolta products; office and production Print, Controllers, solutions, and industry print.
Presentation experience; must be capable of quickly being able to teach Konica Minolta products and solutions classes and assist in the development of curriculum materials. Effectively create, initiate and implement new training programs. Conduct formal classroom training programs at all KMBS training locations.
Maintain expert knowledge of solutions, Optimized Print Solutions and Konica Minolta product portfolio.
Must be outgoing, self-disciplined and offer superior written, oral and interpersonal communication skills.
Commit to a learning program to continuously update knowledge of solutions and Konica Minolta product portfolio.
The main focus of this position is to conduct and develop training programs related to Konica Minolta products and third party solutions.

High School diploma or equivalency required; college degree a plus. Industry certifications like CompTIA A+ Certification, CompTIA Net+ Certification, CompTIA CDIA+ Certification, Microsoft MCP or MCITP Certification preferred.
4-6 years in technical support profession including solutions, network architecture, printing workflow, application support and design. Practical business or operations knowledge and experience in specialized area of responsibility.
PC/computer skills and a technical understanding of Konica Minolta products, Print and MFP environment, AS400 and Host systems, Office Business Applications (Quark, Microsoft Office, Publisher, Illustrator, Photoshop, SharePoint, SQL and Internet Browsers).
Complete understanding of the Solutions portfolio, PageScope Enterprise Suite, Equitrac, NSI AutoStore, Prism products and Dispatcher is a plus
Strong knowledge/familiarity of Konica Minolta print controllers, Emperon, fiery and Creo is a plus.
Travel required, up to 20% travel to other training centers, branches, and dealers to conduct classes, international travel is a possibility.
