This position is responsible for ensuring success regarding the overall experience of a customer within Konica Minolta’s strategic accounts. The main focus is to provide a single point of focus on non-sales related issues. This position
will have exposure to both Konica Minolta and customer senior management
positions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identifies and recommends productivity enhancements, base identification, classification and new product updates
  • Facilitates customer inquiries through resolution, single point of contact for both internal and external post sales tasks and initiates non-sales transactions (exchanges, relocations)
  • Maintains customer “report card” of key performance indicators; prepares customer reviews and surveys. Presents results to Konica Minolta and customer senior management.
  • Ensures compliance to contract terms by all parties
  • Leads and manages strategic customer focused projects. This includes planning, budgeting, scheduling and training. Projects are cross-functional and may include customer employees and consultants.
  • Performs other duties as assigned

    Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a business related field or the equivalent work experience
  • Five years in a professional business function. This experience should have
    included direct customer contact in a corporate organizational structure.
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft software applications.
  • Strong project management skills preferred.
