This position is responsible to ensure Konica Minolta’s largest Strategic Account Customers satisfaction with their overall administrative and operational interactions with Konica Minolta. The main focus is to provide a single point of contact to the Customer related to administrative and other non-sales related issues. This position may directly interface with both Konica Minolta and Customer senior management positions.


  • Facilitates Customer satisfaction through ownership of administrative and operational inquiries, guaranteeing a single point of contact through resolution.
  • Provides single point of contact for both internal and external parties for client specific administrative and operational issues; to include but not limited to: administrative assistance with order preparation, invoicing issues, leasing issues, purchase orders, tracking and reporting of orders and equipment installations, equipment relocations. Works with administrative, sales and technical groups within Konica Minolta to ensure issue resolution.
  • Prepares Customer “report card” of key performance indicators, Customer reviews and surveys for presentation by Konica Minolta account executives to Customer.
  • Conduct periodic calls with Customer and Konica Minolta sales to discuss any administrative or operational issues or challenges.
    Ensures compliance to administrative contract terms by all parties.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

    Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or the equivalent work experience
  • Five years in a professional administrative capacity. This experience should include significant direct customer contact in a corporate organizational structure.
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft software applications. SAP or similar data base experience a plus.
  • Strong process and project management skills required.
  • Position may require approximately two months initial training in our Windsor, CT facility.
