Selling Sales Manager

The goal of the Selling Sales Manager is two-fold; developing and directing sales activity to ensure volume and revenue objectives are exceeded within the assigned territory as well as manage a book of business. The Selling Sales Manager will be responsible for recruiting, developing, and retaining a successful sales team through the effective implementation of staffing, training, and performance management tools. This person will work closely with other Sales Managers , Sales Representatives, and other internal teams to ensure a high level of quality and communication. The candidate should be an independent producer and willing to accept challenges on a daily basis.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
-Conduct monthly one on ones to review performance, forecasts, and potential training opportunities
-Maintaining account assignments, knowledge of sales technology tools, coordination with internal teams, day to day sales activity

Education and/or Experience:
Minimum of a Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
This position would require travel within our territory.
