Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A., Inc. is currently seeking a CRM Enterprise Architect.Work closely with CRM Manager in the design, development and implementation of the technical content defined in the business requirement document
A SAP CRM Enterprise Architect will be responsible for providing technical leadership and staff mentorship to the KMBS CRM Support team. In addition, the incumbent will be responsible for using CRM product knowledge and expertise in CRM processes, CRM solutions, CRM integration, CRM data migration, and CRM custom development to lead envisioning, architecture, and design discussions to assist in further development of strategies, policies and best practices.
Create project status reports and accurately track/manage project issues and risks.
Assign team members to participate as technical experts and SME as needed, and provide team support as required to meet the business needs.
Design, develop and articulate solutions based on internal/external customers’ strategic business or technical requirements
Perform implementation of new enhancements for the delivery of the technical architecture designs, strategies, quality assurance plans, etc. to be delivered timely.
Supervise and lead team members to ensure projects are completed with the utmost responsibility and timeliness, without compromising quality.
Responsible for contributing to the development of strategies, policies, and best practices. As part of their project delivery responsibilities they will participate when needed as a technical expert and SME. They will design, develop, and articulate solutions based on a business users strategic business or technical requirements. They will lead the implementation of new enhancements with responsibility for the delivery of the technical architecture designs, strategies, quality assurance plans that will be delivered.
Works closely with the CRM Manager in the design, development, and implementation of the technical content defined in the business requirements documents and will be required to create project status reports and accurately track/manage project issues and risks
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Business Administration
Master’s degree in Computer Science or Business Administration preferred, or a combination of equivalent education and experience
5 years of intensive experience in CRM applications and solutions
Demonstrated excellence in designing and implementing at least 2 CRM implementation cycles
Experience with companies of a similar size desirable - $2Billion - Global company with several thousand employees
Experience in diverse system and application design in large heterogeneous enterprise environments
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and tight deadlines
Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
