Job Description

Major Goals/Responsibilities:

  • Effectively manage the Sales Administration team
  • Ensure that processing an order is done accurately, efficiently and timely.
  • Calculate monthly commissions with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Manage Fleet Implementation process.
  • Develop and implement sales support programs to help drive sales efficiencies.
  • Participate in Sales process for major accounts
  • Manage the Lease Portfolio
  • Ensure that processing buyouts/trade-ups are done accurately, efficiently and timely.
  • Maximize the use of leasing and vendor partner programs for Quarterly Promotions
  • Sustain a low billing credits ratio, by reviewing sales admin processes for accuracy and efficiency.

    Criteria Management:
  • Build a quality team with individuals who effectively balance customer satisfaction with business goals, by effectively recruiting, developing, motivating, and managing.
  • Monitor and manage quality invoicing, reduce the amount of credits that are generated.
  • Automate processes to reduce administration costs and increase productivity. Be an “Ambassador” for SymQuest and “the SymQuest Way” with every client, employee, and vendor relationship.
  • Prepare and support annual budgets and monthly forecasts that will be used as tools for managing the business and measuring progress.

  • Manage and mentor the sales admin/lease staff to maximize efficiencies 40%
    and achieve strong team camaraderie.
  • Design and implement new automated processes to improve efficiency, 20%
    productivity and ultimately profitability.
  • Meet standards for timely, quality billing, and turnaround for support requests 20%
  • Design and implement support programs for the sales staff so they 20%
    can maximize their A time.
