Job Description

Konica Minolta Business Solutions is seeking a Regional Vice President, Finance for the Central Region This position reports directly to the Direct Channel President of the Central Region. Primary role will be to support Channel President and his/her region from a financial control and fiduciary responsibility.

Facilities Management – 15%
1. Attend and participate in Bi-weekly meetings
2. Review and recommend to Region management potential facilities actions at end of lease term (renewal, close and/or relocate)
3. Act as Region lead to ensure projects are progressing as planned and ensure all costs are properly accounted for within the approval process

Annual Budget – 5%
1. Review Corporate assumptions and Develop Region assumptions for the Annual Budget
2. Develop the P&L budget from the branch (cost center) level to the Region
3. Review and approve ICAF targets for all Region compensation plans

Monthly P&L Review – 25%
1. Prepare, review and analyze hardware revenue and margins to trends and budget
2. Review annuity revenue and margins to trends and budget
3. Review expenses versus budget and trends
4. Communicate with Region management results

Forecasting – 20%
1. Develop and review unit forecasts for submission (monthly and rolling)
2. Prepare monthly/quarterly Hardware Revenue forecast for submission
3. Prepare monthly/quarterly P&L forecast for submission

Customer Opportunities – 20%
1. Review RFPs and Bid responses and provide analysis and recommendations
2. Review and Analyze internal finance opportunities (sales-type and/or rental) and submit for approval
3. Review and Analyze price exception requests as requested by Region management

Other – 15%
1. Review and approve requisitions
2. Review and approve ICAFs
3. Review and approve lease reimbursements/rebates
4. Review and recommend credits over $5,000
5. Develop, review and approve OOB inventory requests outside of plan (exceptions)

Job Requirements


  • Minimum 8 to 10 years experience in finance and or accounting.
  • BS Degree in finance and or accounting required.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and time management skills
  • CPA and/or MBA preferred.
  • SAP experience a plus.
