Job Description

Major Goals/Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate the Document Installation opportunity to identify skills, products, prerequisites and scheduling methodology required for successful service delivery.
  • Utilize pre and post confirmation calls with clients to maximize client satisfaction and team productivity.
  • Develop and maintain a general level competency with the technologies we deliver to facilitate clear communication with IT and Business contacts.
  • Track project progress to ensure tasks are completed and projects are closed to our client’s satisfaction.
  • Develop, adhere to and innovate processes and procedures to improve service delivery.
  • Possess the passion for customer service and the desire to create “raving fans”.
  • Build a reputation of competence and teamwork with clients and colleagues.
  • Possess a commitment to professionalism, client satisfaction and high moral standards.
  • Facilitate Fleet Implementation Meetings.

    Criteria Measurement:
  • Provide High Level of Communication on all aspects of installation
  • On time delivery of products and services
  • Maximize use of delivery vehicles and resources
  • Pre and Post Implementation phone calls to clients

  • College Degree, equivalent work experience
  • Strong PC Skills (Microsoft Experience Preferred)
