Konica Minolta is currently seeking a President - East Region.We are currently searching for a dynamic leader with a proven track record of high accomplishment in leading regional sales, service, financial and customer service executives to grow our business and successfully execute the company’s strategic plan throughout the Eastern region of the US.
The Regional President is top regional executive with P & L responsibility and reports to the President, Direct Division Operations. This senior level officer is responsible for directing and controlling all aspects of 25+ branch operations employing more than 1,200 employees in the East Region. In addition, there is accountability for setting direction and achieving over $275M in revenue goals. We seek a charismatic, visionary and strategic leader with a proven track record of building, motivating and driving results through a successful sales, product service and customer support organization.
Work with Market VP’s to develop and implement successful sales and service strategies and action plans to achieve top line results.

Deliver business plan for assigned region and drive company sales objectives and mission to ensure achievement of revenue targets.
Communicate corporate vision, objectives and policies/procedures to meet business objectives
Define accountability and empower MVP’s to meet or exceed established sales and service revenue goals.
Interface with key high-level customers to maintain and grow Konica Minolta business, as well as ensure customer satisfaction.
Provide feedback to senior executive management regarding success of established business plans, as well as to identify areas for potential growth.
Direct P&L responsibility.
Qualifications:This position requires financial acumen combined with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
Must possess the ability to analyze and resolve issues strategically and functionally.
Strong management practices, such as team building, motivation and coaching are required.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or related field required; MBA preferred.
Minimum 15 years progressive leadership experience in this industry or related technology field.
Position requires travel throughout a multi-state region with New York City area as primary office location.
