The Operation Specialist (OS) reports to the Operations Manager. This position will provide administrative support for the local account team and will manage non-client facing activities for All Covered clients.
-Billing: Weekly, Monthly, Project Milestone, ESR, Exceptions, Overages
-Annual Price Increases
-Contract Administration: New, Addendums, Restructures, Projects
-Client retention & Client satisfaction activities
Daily interaction with a variety of clients and internal groups. When appropriate, leverage internal expertise and experience across All Covered. The Operational Specialist collaborates with their immediate supervisor, the Operations Manager as well as the local account team and departments. to ensure support expectations are met.
