Job Description

POSITION OBJECTIVE
Konica Minolta Sensing Americas, Inc. , a leading company in the Imaging Industry specializing in color instrumentation and Light Measurement appoints the Operations Manager to enforce the company’s operations. This position will act cross functionally with Sales, Accounting, Marketing, HR, and IT for sustainable growth of company. The position will directly manage logistics and sales administration by supervising the staff, managing stock and tracking product sales movement.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage sales administration team and logistics team
  • Prepare reports regarding corporate governance such as on JSOX
  • Conduct preparation for internal audit and also conduct follow-up
  • Office general affairs management working closely with HR and IT
  • Company event scheduling such as monthly manager meeting, half year sales meeting
  • Company rules development and management

    Job Requirements

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Has experience in managing ERP system, specifically SAP
  • Has experience in Logistics (Export, Import, inventory management)

    OTHER SKILLS, REQUIREMENTS AND CERTIFICATIONS
  • Excellent understanding of business practices and financial, administrative and operational processes
  • Must be well-organized, process/detail oriented with ability to multi-task
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to operate as a key member of cross-functional team
  • Willing to take ownership and responsibility for issues
