Job Summary:Participate in development of “Go-To Market” strategy for practice
To collaboratively work with ITSC, STAM, AM and others in the organization for the growth of the Legal Practice portfolio of services and solutions throughout the country. This position will need to have significant understanding of the legal industry, how technology is implemented and leveraged in the industry and be able to explain the value proposition.
The National Sales Manager works closely with Area Sales Manager, Regional VP, Market Directors, ITSC and KMBS Legal AE to grow revenue for the All Covered Legal Practice. Role will expand to also supporting both the Direct and Dealer Channels.
Duties and Essential Job Functions:
Assist with evaluation and development of new solutions and offerings
Assist with development of best practices
Assist with development of training curriculums
Assist in development of marketing collateral and vertical messaging
Attendance at Industry networking events and key tradeshows
Develop and deliver legal technology presentations at industry events
Sales Leadership & Coaching
Subject matter expert in Legal Practice solutions
Training of ITSC, STAM, AM and others on the benefits of the solution and how to present to clients
Partner with Service Delivery Leadership to evolve and optimize delivery model
Partner with Service Delivery Leadership to ensure proper staffing and skills
Up to 50% travel required
Skills and Specifications: Able to work in fast-paced, self-directed entrepreneurial environment.

Highly proficient level of computer skills including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.

BA or BS degree or equivalent combination in computer science or business related field
Minimum of 5-7 years of work experience working with the legal vertical
Ability to train and explain concepts to internal staff as well as clients/prospects
High level understanding of technology
Exceptional organizational and time management skills
Solid commitment to sales and customer service with good initiative and follow-through
