Summary:
Konica Minolta Sensing Americas, Inc., a leading company in the Imaging Industry specializing in color instrumentation and Light Measurement. The Marketing Associate role is responsible for helping establish and execute marketing deliverables. This role will support, develop and maintain marketing materials and programs that are aligned with the Konica Minolta Sensing Americas marketing plan.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop knowledge of the assigned industry and corresponding executive priorities to assist in opportunity identification
  • Create various marketing and presentation materials including (but not limited to): e-mail marketing, direct mail marketing,
    print and internet banner advertisements, web banners
  • Manage business unit content for Konica Minolta Website
  • Monitor expenses and input expenditures into assigned marketing budget
  • Manage Social Media for assigned business unit
  • Document and coordinate plans and logistics for seminars and tradeshows
  • Develop regular content for monthly newsletter
  • Set-up and launch email communication through email automation system
  • Edit team member documents for spelling, grammar and layout
  • Provide logistical assistance to tradeshow, events, and seminars
  • Research and coordinate catered events for local regional seminars and negotiate contracts
  • Assist in maintaining/tracking marketing materials including brochures and promotional material
  • Assist with assembling marketing collateral and educational resource kits for events
  • Support CRM (Saleslogix) in daily maintenance of contacts,prospects,product catalogs and data library
  • Manage all lead list uploads to the CRM (Saleslogix) for seminars, workshop s, tradeshows,webinars, etc.; with occa sional
    assistances from our third-party CRM support group
  • Create,manage and organize a variety of marketing groups within the CRM (Saleslogix) with occasional assistances from
    our third-party CRM support group

    Job Requirements

  • 2 years marketing experience
  • Must be extremely detail oriented
  • Communicate clearly and effectively at all times in verbal and written form
  • Strong ability to multi-task and manage deadlines
  • Ability to clearly assess marketing issues and think strategically
  • Ability to easily work with a team as well as independently
  • Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint,Outlook)
  • Working knowledge of email platform preferred
  • Ability to adapt to change quickly,take initiative and "get things done"
  • Must be able to travel (up to 15%)
  • Event planning experience a plus
