The overall responsibility of the role is to assist in developing and to manage Professional Services engagements with Konica Minolta’s market, regional, corporate and global customers. This includes the management of revenue, engagement planning, staffing, quality and execution, client satisfaction and relationship management. This position will lead a team of market based solutions professionals in the delivery of integrated print and document management solutions. Coach, train and mentor various positions and skill sets within the Professional Services organization.


  • Execute Konica Minolta’s Professional Service strategy and portfolio of services.
  • Collaborate with Konica Minolta Business Divisions /Organizations to execute complete professional services offering for all local, market-major, enterprise and global accounts. To achieve results, travel within the market (Manhattan, Long Island City, & Melville) is required.
  • Manage and attain the professional services revenue targets for respective market.
  • Manage the cost structure and operating expenses for respective market.
  • Validate and achieve accurate forecasting for respective market.
  • Drive collaboration and alignment with Direct market management teams.
  • Participate in strategic plan development meetings with Enterprise Engagement Teams on Market Top 50 Accounts.
  • Provide thought leadership and subject matter expertise to the professional services practice, helping to articulate and deploy the strategy as it relates to professional services, providing pre-sales and post sales consulting services to clients.
  • Develop business support and guidance to professional services accounts and field organization as it relates to sales support and resource management (people, tools, methodologies, and processes).
  • Leverage and maintain local professional services resources, KM Business Divisions/Organizations and external partner/vendor relationships in order to meet customer demands.
  • Collaborate with RVP of Professional Service to coordinate resourcing and staffing to execute implementations.
  • Responsible for the recruitment, development and retention of professional services associates, together with fostering of a culture of knowledge sharing.
  • Contribute to the development of new techniques, models, and plans within areas of expertise

    Job Requirements


  • Four-year college degree preferred or equivalent experience in a related field
  • 5+ years relevant production print solution consulting and/or sales experience
  • Experience in leading and developing successful professional services teams and efficient processes
  • Strong understanding of solution selling
  • Strong background and understanding of industry technology, solutions and their delivery
  • Strong working knowledge of professional services offerings
  • Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills
  • Documented history of meeting and exceeding quotas
  • Solid organizational skills and capability of multitasking within a fast-paced demanding environment.
