POSITION OBJECTIVEIdentify potential opportunities for dealer growth and development within Latin America.
The International Dealer Sales Manager will provide dealers within assigned territory the efficient level of support necessary to maximize dealer growth by acting as a liaison with dealers and customers to influence sales as well as the support and development of the Dealer network throughout Latin America.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Act as primary liaison between KMBS, its distributors and their customers.
Follow through with promotions, plans and other initiatives launched by the company for distributors to ensure they are implemented in accordance with corporate goals.
Develop and implement sales initiatives to achieve sales volume, profitability and customer satisfaction within the region in cooperation with the dealer network.
Meet assigned sales quotas in equipment, materials and spare parts.
Coordinate the appropriate interdepartmental support to ensure dealers are given proper attention and issues are handled expeditiously.
Provide the necessary follow up to ensure dealer orders are processed correctly and delivered as agreed.
Create and present monthly/quarterly sales reports. This includes feedback about support, customer satisfaction, programs and promotions.
Manage KMBS resources effectively to keep within assigned budget.
Learn and keep up to date with:
o International dealer programs and promotions
o Dealer inventory levels
o Knowledge of all KMBS products and solutions
o KMBS marketing initiatives
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCEBachelor Degree in Business preferred or equivalent education and work experience.
5+ years of sales experience in office products, preferably wholesale and retail.
Microsoft Office proficiency – Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Spanish fluency required; Knowledge of Portuguese, a plus.
Thorough knowledge of industry products
Ability to plan and forecast accurately. Quarterly forecasts required at the end of every month.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Demonstrated negotiation and interpersonal skills
Highly skilled in problem resolution and decision making
Tactful in building strong rapport with internal and external customers.
This position will require up to 50% travel. Must maintain travel documents in order and current at all times.
