Job Description

The Enterprise Program Manager is dedicated to one or multiple designated enterprise and/or global account/s to oversee the execution of local sales initiatives in accordance to the master agreement terms and conditions. This position will review and may aid with proposal development, contract understanding and compliance. Proposal review will include the validation of specified pricing plans, product specifications and financial terms as defined in the master agreement. In addition, the incumbent will be responsible for master agreement pricing updates as product and service revisions occur during the term of the account engagement.

The Enterprise Program Manager ensures that the master agreement plans and schedules are followed locally, identifying and developing solutions to program challenges, and reporting on program initiatives and successful completing program activities based on time schedules and on projected budgets.

The Enterprise Program Manager responsibilities will include program: governance, alignment, assurance, management, tracking, planning, and improvement, including but not limited to:

  • Actively engage in and communicate with local Global KMBS sales teams related to the account Master Agreement to achieve client objectives.
  • Be fully conversant in the account master agreement terms, conditions, product basket and pricing.
  • Provide governance by working with the overarching KMBS global/enterprise structure, processes and procedures to accomplish sales objectives, which include: proposal development and validation, management of deliverables and reporting metrics.
  • Provide global /enterprise/local engagement alignment as outlined in the Master Agreement to meet program objectives. Specifically, collaborate with local sales teams through the sales cycle phases: assessments, recommendation, validation of recommendations, and product proposal / (SOW) completion.
  • Provide assurance including checks and balances for compliance with program standards and processes.
  • Manage program/ projects activities including: preparation, review, delivery and management of local client proposals, maintenance and compliance of master agreement documentation.
  • Provide program/project reporting & financial tracking based on proposal acceptance and program delivery.
  • Plan program/project activities based on financial/budgetary and timeline expectations set within the program project plan.
  • Improve ongoing program performance and systematically apply knowledge for program success.

    Job Requirements


  • Knowledge of Konica Minolta products and services, business and sales processes
  • Excellent MS Office skills, specifically Excel. Word and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Exceptional skills related to attention to detail and time management

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • At least 5 years of sales or sales liaison experience

    ADDITIONAL COMMENTS (i.e. travel, shift work, etc.)
  • Flexible work hours required to participate in meetings and conference calls based on global region time zones.
