The Enterprise Client Success Manager (ECSM) reports directly to the Enterprise Program Manager. The ECSM will be responsible for managing the success of the specified account relationship during the term of the Master Agreement. The ECSM works closely with the client purchasing and IT staff for successful pre-sales delivery, cultivating and qualifying business requirements while consulting with internal KM team members to insure mutual Master Agreement objectives are met. The ECSM will be the champion for Konica Minolta and the client in all aspects of the client journey during the term of the contract combining exceptional skills in building rapport and relationships with client stakeholders, providing product and service knowledge while managing sales expectations and process.
