Position Summary: Manage all stages of contracts through preparation, initiation, billing, maintaining, and terminating.
Responsible for preparing, analyzing, billing, maintaining contracts that involve the sale of services, equipment, supplies and/or products. Also responsible for interacting with customers internally and externally on service contract related issues.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide good customer service on contract related issues and concerns.
Collect and input meter readings for billing from customer from many different sources.
Generate reports, information, and status on contracts to internal and external customer.
Analyze and review contracts to advise on future changes.
Provide service pricing to the sales team.
Approve vendor invoices related to dealers servicing our contracts.
Research and apply payments to leasing contract invoices.
Manage data collection agent.
Communicate with other dealers and leasing companies on local/out of area contracts and billing.
Work with government and commercial customers to negotiate and amend contracts.
Update customer and equipment information.
Assist with accounting, service, and other departments on contract related and unrelated issues.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
2+ years’ experience in customer service, office, and phone work
Experience with Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Excel (ability to create & maintain spreadsheets)
Strong customer service/relationship management skills with customers and co-workers
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to self-supervise daily activities and manage priorities
Must work well in a team environment
Must be a quick learner and display initiative
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
While performing the duties of this position, the employee will regularly work on a computer for prolonged periods. Ability to communicate with individuals by telephone, e-mail and in person and lift up to 15 lbs. on an occasional basis.
