PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and rollout a strategic client engagement program
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers
Collaborate with KM sales and account teams leverage existing relationships to drive the BIC agenda
Foster and build relationships with Customer CXOs that can contribute to accelerated realization of the BIC Strategy
Establish framework for customer engagement and lead customer discovery sessions
Identify a client's business needs and work with both the client and internal teams to understand, define, and build effective and innovative solutions
Using your knowledge of the customer, market and competitors, support BIC business team to identify and develop the unique value propositions
Design, track and report on key metrics of the success of the customer engagements
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE10+ years senior leadership experience with top tier consulting companies in customer engagement and strategy
Ability to define, develop and lead strategic programs in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
Proven ability to manage and set client expectations and establish long term engagements
Ability to facilitate discovery workshops and effectively assess client’s strategic needs
Exceptionally strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to recognize, prioritize, track, and manage multiple ongoing initiatives in various domains
Ability to work independently toward successful outcomes with minimum direct supervision
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a strong sense of responsibility to deliver a win-win outcome
Must have a can-do collaborative working style and a strong desire to help shape and contribute to a startup culture at the Business Innovation Center
BS in Computer Science or equivalent
MBA or equivalent from a top tier program
