  • Define and drive BIC's customer and partner alliances program
  • End-to-end ownership of strategic programs to support customer centric innovation strategies
  • Understand our customers, build relationships and execute workshops for customer discovery and engagement
  • Foster and build an ecosystem of partners that can contribute to accelerated realization of the BIC Strategy
  • Collaborate with partners to ensure that the solutions we build together are the best possible ones for customers
  • Support our partners' goals, and ensure alignment with BIC's strategic focus areas
  • Engage with partner prospects at the executive, product, and engineering levels to assess potential fit with BIC portfolio
  • Design, track and report on key metrics of the success of the partnership initiatives

    Job Requirements


  • 7-10 years senior leadership experience with a strong consulting and customer facing experience
  • Ability to define, develop and lead strategic programs in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
  • Ability to develop and manage client and partner relationships across a wide variety of service offerings
  • Ability to work independently toward successful outcomes with minimum direct supervision
  • Clear business insights and successful organizational leadership skills
  • Exceptionally strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to recognize, prioritize, track, and resolve multiple ongoing issues
  • Effective interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Must have a proactive can-do attitude with a unique ability to lead by doing/example
