POSITION OBJECTIVECreate and maintain metrics/scorecards such as Dealer MIF vs dealer P&S usage, P&S material price points for margin adequacy (and compare to third party suppliers), P&S material/dealer historical purchase trend vs current year, third party outlets, etc. Serve as a resource for the field actions and HQ reporting.
Serve as the primary resource to the Dealer Channel regions for actionable recommendations and execution necessary to mitigate Spare Parts and Supplies (P&S) leakages and grow P&S revenue and profit.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Benchmark and analyze third party provider aftermarket parts, supplies, and spare parts and recommend improvements. Discuss findings on one-on-one visits to the field, work with Service DSMs, and continuously partner with field to ensure ongoing compliance.
Provide support services to field personnel and dealers by demonstrating the value and cost effectiveness of utilizing genuine Konica Minolta parts and supplies.
Analyze and propose recommendations for potential aftermarket pricing leakage and parts usage class pricing.
Analyze dealers’ inventory requirements for parts and supplies with goal of stocking proper levels with applicable cost justifications for field service requirements.
In conjunction with the Dealer Channel region personnel, the National Parts Planning group, and the Marketing group, monitor and communicate the YTD P&S purchase levels to dealers as it applies to program and DDP term requirements. Serve as a resource to the Dealer Channel field organization to manage dealers to P&S rebate targets to obtain the region and channel’s profitability goals.
Maintain and present spare part/supply yield data to illustrate the value of KMBS compared to non OEM.
Actively participate in key projects and implement changes to channel processes as needed.
Support the Dealer channel and other departments in P&S financial decision making support and assist in other areas of Dealer Channel business and financial analysis as needed.

EXPERIENCE, EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS AND CERTIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of related work experience analyzing and driving aftermarket business.
1-3 years of experience working with channel partners
