POSITION OBJECTIVEAccounts Receivable - Ensure client invoices are printed, sorted and mailed (e-mailed) daily.
Entry level position supporting Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable in completion of daily tasks such as data entry, customer invoice distribution, and basic administration. Continuously improve the quality of the SymQuest Group’s products and services by researching problems and presenting solutions. Perform in a mutually respectful manner with all internal and external contacts.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Accounts Receivable - Daily cash deposit data entry
Posting payments to customer accounts
Processing credit card payments
Posting ACH transactions
Accounts Payable - Providing daily support for vendor voucher data entry
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCEEntry level position, previous administrative support experience preferred
Strong PC Skills (Microsoft experience preferred)
