The Account Solution Analyst (ASA) provides strategic pre/post sales branch/local activities designed to enhance the Managed Print services based revenue. The ASA is the local subject matter expert relative to the Managed Print Service strategy of the Konica Minolta Business Solutions - Direct division. The ASA supports and partners with branch Sales and Service teams in the pre/post sales process to sell and support Managed Print Services. With a comprehensive understanding of the customer’s business and technology requirements, through data analysis and vertical expertise, design a compelling business solution meeting the customer managed print program needs, while delivering additional optimization strategies.
Job Duties and Responsibilities include assisting the market-place in exceeding revenue objectives, within the assigned area of accountability, on new Managed Print Services Solutions opportunities by assisting sales reps and professional services team members to craft and conduct customer presentations, site assessments, and development of contractual documentation package and program deployment.
The ASA also provides post sale customer support coordination of timely delivery of consumables and support services to ensure customer satisfaction of program objectives. The ASA assists Branch sales and corporate management teams with timely customer Periotic Account Reviews (PAR) in accordance with the Managed Print Services contract and Konica Minolta Best Practice manual requirements.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Drive and manage Konica Minolta's Managed Print Service business opportunities.
Collaborate with the Branch Sales and Service BSP/MSE/RSM and Enterprise Engagement team members to drive overall revenue targets for Managed Print Services.
Perform monthly/quarterly account tracking utilizing the Target Account List (TAL) google document.
Coordinate local resources to accomplish ASA Market and program goals.
Provide training to sales teams on Managed Print Services sales processes and best practices.
Assist with all activities related to the Managed Print Services sales process, opportunity development, sales presentations, data acquisition, analysis, recommendations, proposal development, program deployment and ongoing account maintenance.
Conduct periodic "Best Practice Meetings" that focus on sharing the successful activities of other branch sales personnel that result in increased sales.
Grow market penetration utilizing program tools to identify additional Managed Print Services opportunities, optimization, and workflow improvements through solution implementations.
Coordinates and participates with Konica Minolta Digital Solution Center and Branch Solution System Engineer on resolution to contracted device reporting and data collection service issues.
Coordinates with Branch Solution Engineers on additional customer solution or hardware opportunities from PAR discovery.
Works with the ASM and field resources on Managed Print program improvements and training rollouts.
Works with the Sales team and field resources on Managed Print program improvements and training rollouts.
Responsible for developing the internal strategic engagement meeting schedule, cadence, participation and that customer facing Periodic Account Reviews (PAR’s) are scheduled and performed.
Assist in identifying hardware, solution and service strategies and opportunities to meet accounts ongoing and future needs.
Coordinate key resources to help execute print management strategies developed by the sales team or the Enterprise Account team.
Advocate and deliver the Konica Minolta Methodologies and concepts.
Provide Leadership and management in Managed Print Services account implementations.
Improve profitability through analysis of DCA, SAP data and other account factors.
Executing regular Managed Print program administrative updates using IBP and SAP.
Liaison between corporate and field/customer.
Drive opportunities and optimization through the Periodic Account Review process (PAR).
Coordination of resources on new deal paperwork including DCA install request, site addendum, internal contract setup issues, toner delivery and customer program awareness and training.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE5 years experience in related field(s) of: Managed Print Services, Fleet Management, Project Management, Business Analysis or other, with a proven track record of meeting/exceeding expectations.
Candidate must have 3-5 years managed print services and project management experience preferred with a proven track record of working in a regional position or similar while achieving expectations.
4-year college degree preferred. Related business and technology certification is a plus.
Managed Print Services sales support history of meeting and exceeding expectations.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong Business Analysis Skills.
Must be able to multi-task effectively.
Willingness to travel up to 40%.
Attend training classes to remain current with the most recent technology.
Pass certification tests to enhance career path.
Knowledge of industry hardware, services and solutions.
OTHER SKILLS, REQUIREMENTS AND CERTIFICATIONS
Strong knowledge of Konica Minolta products, solutions and Managed Print product portfolio
Ongoing professional development training.
Complete understanding of adminstrative procedures, SDG, leasing and SAP billing functions.
Strong verbal and written communications.
Data analysis using Excel, marketing information and customer review templates.
Practical understanding of how workflow solutions can be applied to solve common customer business needs and the costs associated with delivering solutions.
Excellent project management skills.
Ability to interface effectively with all levels of internal and external organizations.
Experience managing and/or mentoring employees.
